Rescue Implant system

External Implant System

1. Fixture Design the best (suited) fitting (for) to the restoration of the posterior teeth area
- For stable initial fixture despite a low bone level, the gap to the bone is minimized.
- The quick osseointegration could be achieved by filling out the large extraction socket with this straight body design.
- The guide(d) bottom is given in order to correct a possible wrong initial stage caused by the large diameter or the short implanting length. Four cutting edges facilitate the insertion as well as effectively accept the bone chip created during the fixture insertion.

2. Full Super RBM Wide Hex For Wide Diameter
- The rescue external fixture has a wide hex in order to keep the prosthesis and the strong joints from the strong mastication force.
- MegaGen accomplishes the new RBM surface treatment technique from the organic cooperative research with various universities. By re-selecting the Ca-P powder based on our strict criteria, the roughness that the bone cell prefers is created. The Super RBM is stable and its loading time is fast.

3. Surface Treatment: Super RBM
To form the optimal RBM surface condition, we have tried many experiments and tests. By the reselection process of the HA powder in each mesh and by the sandblasting machine with the pre-determined injection pressure and amount, the uniformly distributed surface roughness is created and it guarantees an optimal bone fusion.

Internal Implant System

1. Full Super RBM
Without any Machined collar, the whole surface is treated with the Super RBM, the marginal bone loss is minimized

2. Increasing Initial Stability
By setting the diameter differently for the cortical bone contact part (A) and the cancellous bone contact part (B), the initial fixation force increases.

3. The magic of the O.B. Pitch
The 0.8 pitch Thread structure extends the contact area to the bone and, thus, maximizes the osseointegration.

4.
Guide Bottom for Easy Insertion
- The guide(d) bottom is given in order to correct a possible wrong initial stage caused by the large diameter or the short implanting length (it is applied from the length 7.0mm).
- This is the structure to minimize the gap toward the bone that assures the stable initial fixation with the low bone level.
- Four cutting edges facilitate the insertion as well as effectively accept the bone chip created during the fixture insertion.

Provide internal trip connection abutment with wide healing of *6.0, 8.0, 10.0㎜ and profile diameter *6.0, 7.0㎜
The 0.8 Degree pitched thread provides maximum contact for effective osseointegration. Because of the buttress thread design, it can withstand strong masticatory forces. The four cutting edges and guided bottom ensure maximum initial stability.
