1. Apply for Video Consultation
Send an application e-mail or call to the center of Video Consultation.

2. Be Prepared for Video Consultation
As your application is accepted, a person, who is in charge of your consultation, checks schedule of buyer (seller). And then he/she send ID, password, and schedule to both parties by e-mails.
Headsets and web-camera have to be installed in the computer for Video Consultation

3. Access to Video Consultation System
In order to use Video Consultation, an extra log in the website of www.Prideitems.com is necessary for accessing the Video Consultation.
On the screen of log in, there is a shortcut ‘Go to Video Consultation.’ Click the button, it will be changed to the page where you log in for the Video Consultation. Log in with ID and password received from the center. At this process, you will see a pop-up for installing necessary software. You have to install all of them for using the Video Consultation System.

| 4. After log in, enter the consultation room which you have made an appointment with interlocutor by e-mail. |
